This outdoor location is not good for large events. It sits on a creek but there is very little backyard space as it’s fenced in on a hillside. Beautiful nature views. But all the fun happens inside this incredible estate.
Absolutely no unauthorized events will be tolerated. The neighbors have been instructed to contact me and the authorities should more than 8 vehicles or noticeably more than 16 people are on site.
